10 Random Facts

1. Rusty MONSTER the dog has been a pain lately. We sent him to daycare and this is what happened:

 Rusty is standing on the yellow steps.

And here he is on the blue thing. No wonder why he loves climbing on picnic tables. Oh, you didn't know that he likes climbing on picnic tables?

2. Cinnamon Cheerios are awesome.

3. Winter here sort of sucks this year. Last year by this time we had 55 inches of snow... but this year... well, let's just say that I've had to wear rain boots more often.

4. Still searching for artwork for the nursery. Yeesh. It's really for me and Bimmer to look at so it shouldn't be that hard, right?

5. Car racing season starts at 1:30 this afternoon (Saturday). Again, my life goes into "holy-crap-the-car-needs-new--mode" for the rest of the year. 

6. Le sigh. My legs have started swelling and my Frye boots don't fit... About 3 months until I can wear them again.

7. Which reminds me that I want another pair of Frye boots.

8. The magazines on Kindle Fire are AWESOME. I can read without bringing clutter into our house! EXCITING!

9. Oh, Martha Stewart... you impress me with your Valentine's Day tissue paper wreath. Unfortunately that would probably melt if I put it on my front door.

10. I need to learn how to keep the dining room table cleared of clutter. Yikes.

10 Random Things About Me Today

1. I've got the urge to sew this afternoon.

2. I LOVE my orbital sander. Thank you, Bimmer Man.

3. I am wearing a Journey T-shirt today.

4. I've got leftover pasta with tomatoes & fresh basil for lunch

5. I've hopped on the skinny jean bandwagon a bit late but they make my short legs look longer.

6. I wish that we would've done the CSA weekly instead of bi-weekly. At least there's always next year.

7. Bruegger's. I love bagels.

8. The awful carpet needs to be ripped out of the basement.

9. And I'm going to paint the entry-way Persimmon. It's my goal to be achieved this weekend. Oops, I forgot to tell Bimmer Man. Well, it'll either be a surprise when he reads this or gets home from racing.

10. I need to stop procrastinating and get this darn tunic sewn. Saturday, people, I will do it on Saturday. Oh, wait - that's when I'm painting. Ok, Friday night maybe?

10 Things: Too Much To-Do

In Honor of My 10 Random Facts posts that I do when I'm bored, I've decided instead to post a to-do post. If you have a to-do list, feel free to link to it! I need to make myself feel better knowing that other people have stuff to do too.

1. Buy the awesome paint for the bedroom this afternoon

2. Buy more white paint for trim

3. Buy paint two shades (oops, I mean tints, heck, I was an ART MAJOR) lighter than Martha Stewart's Rainfall for the master bathroom

4. Make a set of napkins.

5. Well, buy fabric for one more napkin to make a set of four (they're going to be double sided with some edging stuff... forgot the name of the whatever-it's-called, rick rack??)

6. Clean the toilets

7. Give the dog a bath

8. Try not to pull my hair out (it's in that in between stage, so one half of my head is flat and the other side is curly, not really the type of hair you show yourself to the public with)

9. Rake and clean up the backyard

10. Maybe sit down and watch television. Oh, wait, no, sorry... don't have time for that today!

11. (I added this in, sorry) Charge cell phone.

1. When Bimmer Man and I retire, I sure hope we can retire to North Carolina or Georgia.

2. Since I installed a calorie tracker app on my iPhone I've lost 2 pounds.

3. I have 18 more pounds to go.

4. First 5k that I'm signing up for this year is April 9.

5. And I only jogged a mere 2 miles on Saturday. Not too great.

6. New favorite band of mine: Broken Bells.

7. I only make spaghetti sauce, I never buy it.

8. Ethan Allen says my style is "Villa"

9. How my style is "Villa" I don't know...

10. And again today... I've shoveled. Boo to snow.

10 Random Facts About Me Today

1. My fingers are always caked in dirt thanks to the garden beds.

2. S'mores Crunch Popcorn from my sister is making my butt bigger...

3. However, I ran 4 miles yesterday and will run 4 more miles tomorrow.

4. Totally disappointed in Mich Golden Light for changing their cans. They used to be ribbed, now they're not. Dang it.

5. Rusty peed on my tomato plant.

6. Rusty also peed on my other tomato plant.

7. Bimmer Man will be a racin' fool this weekend (yes, a 24 hour long race... go Bimmer Man!).

8. Go Heather the Teacher. You got a ring on your finger and I can't wait for Saturday's party. BTW, do you read this?

9. Love me some Photoshop and I'm super proud of my latest engagement session.

10. I burp fairly loudly. In fact, at work I burped so loud that someone standing outside the window turned around to look at me.
