Which is why I haven't posted in about a week!
Never fear though... Wednesday, Thursday and Friday are my days to cook.
So, any good suggestions? It's hot here... around 90 degrees.
So really, any salads or quick pasta or summer veggie recipes will be greatly appreciated! Send me your cooking blogs/regular blogs so I can get some ideas!
