I followed the recipe from How To Cook Everything by Mark Bittman
Unfortunately I'm lazy and I don't want to type up the recipe though (but it can be googled!).
I did swap out 1 cup of AP flour for wheat flour though and it was still delicious.
Which brings me to my next project - finding a good wheat bread to make for sandwiches.
