Small world, my wife & I stopped at Belize on our cruise last week. But we did the shopping thing rather than the beach thing (and only 8 hours in port) & of course lots of Belikin Beer (did you try the stout, pretty flavorful though the regular goes down faster). Well, looks like you had a good time, especially if you're from up north and got away from the cold & snow!
